Welcome to the Whangarei Writers Workshop

The Whangarei Writers Workshop is a friendly place to share your writing, obtain advice or discuss ideas with other like-minded people. After general business, each person attending is encouraged to bring 10 copies of their writing (2 pages max, 1.5 spacing, font size 12 ) which is shared among the group. Participants will then critique your work and provide useful feedback and comments to help improve your writing. This is an excellent chance to gauge feedback on the novel, short story, poem or other piece you are writing.

Where and When

We meet each Friday between 10am and 12:15pm at the Kamo Club, 7 Meldrum Street, Kamo, Whangarei.
